Randy Blose, executive chef at the Alliance Country Club, will demonstrate how to make pasta primavera al'olio at this week's Alliance Farmers' Market. Blose will use locally grown vegetables and herbs sautéed in olive oil to make the main course dish.
This year, the Alliance Farmers' Market is authorized to accept Ohio Direction Cards through a grant from the Ohio Department of Agriculture. As well, select vendors are able to accept WIC coupons for fruit and vegetable purchases.
